Our clinic is proudly locally owned and led by Dr Tim Myers and Dr Kate Craig, two veterinarians with deep roots in the local region and a lifelong passion for animals.

Tim began his veterinary career in Barham nearly 20 years ago, giving him a long-standing connection to the local community and the families we care for today. After many years working as a veterinarian, Tim and his wife Katrina took a step away from veterinary practice to run their family avocado farm and raise their four children. His passion for veterinary medicine and the local community never left him, and returning to veterinary practice and establishing Barham Vet Clinic was a natural fit.

Kate grew up on a farm near Moulamein, where animals were a big part of everyday life and her love for animals, particularly dogs, began. Today, Kate and her husband Mitchell continue to ejnoy rural life while juggling family , and their own farm enterprise alongside the clinic.

Together, Tim and Kate bring a wealth of veterinary experience, local knowledge and a genuine understanding of life in our region. Their connection to the community is an important part of what makes Barham Vet Clinic different — we are a locally owned, independent clinic that is invested in the people and pets we care for.

Our Practice Manager, Kate Redfearn, and Veterinary Nurses Ella and Britt are an integral part of the team. They are all passionate animal lovers who share the same commitment to providing friendly, compassionate and personalised care.

As a team, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment where pets and their owners feel comfortable, listened to and well cared for. We understand that every pet is different and that they are an important part of your family, so we take the time to get to know you and your pet and tailor our care to their individual needs.
